Financial Automation organisation is rapidly expanding and looking to hire a well-spoken IT Helpdesk Agent.

QUALIFYING CRITERIA

  • Completed Gr 12 with Afrikaans as Home Language
  • Qualification in IT Support advantageous
  • 1-2 years proven track record with extensive customer care experience
  • Valid drivers license AND OWN RELIABLE TRANSPORT – shift work
  • Fully conversant in Afrikaans and English

 

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Above average knowledge of Windows XP, Vista, Win 7, Anti-virus programs and Internet Browsers
  • Knowledge of Remote Desktop Software (Team Viewer preferred)
  • Ability to listen and understand client needs/problems
  • Analytical thinking
  • Ability to problem solve under pressure
  • Conflict management skills
  • Strong Customer Service Orientation
